Integration of Lotus Notes into SAP
What applies to the contents of Word files, Excel tables and PowerPoint presentations is also applicable to e-mails: Outlook or Lotus Notes - all information contained in e-mails are comfortably managed via the biz²OfficeSynchronizer and transferred into SAP™. For this all relevant mails are filed according to their content and possible additional information in a goal-oriented way in the SAP DVS and linked with the relevant business objects. This way the information from the e-mails including attachments is available for the further use and processing in SAP™.

E-Mails (Outlook, Lotus Notes) become independently accessible data units. Furthermore the content is archived as a pure text file search, which can also be used for the full-text search in SAP™. The attachments are also stored as separate originals at the DIR.
