biz²Archiver for Cloud Computing

The new product “inPuncto biz²Archiver for Cloud Computing” offers the opportunity to storage/archive data and documents in a special safety business storage area inside of the Google Archive straight out of the SAP™ System. As a certified partner of SAP™, inPuncto GmbH carries out the complete communication between SAP™ and Google. The inPuncto solution includes the standardised SAP™ interface (Http-CS Interface) for the data output, and the innovative Google API (Application Programming Interface) for the data input.

The inPuncto biz²Archiver for Cloud Computing archives SAP™ data and documents in all types of formats and all scenarios. One example for archiving scenario is archiving of external generated documents that can be assigned to any SAP™ business objects. Via ArchiveLink mechanism you can store these documents direct after their generating into a safe company/customer-own storage area in the Google Archive. If we need an already stored file while communicating with SAP, biz²Archiver for Cloud Computing will automatically call this file, together with its attached originals (caching/buffering function)

Another example for an archiving scenario is the archiving/filing of SAP™ business objects out of the document information record area in SAP™ (DIR).
