Comments can be stored direct with the document or separately. All comments are automatically signed with a date and an author name and are saved in a read-only list
Diverse causalities for the invoices are digitally reproduced and partially automated (value added tax, automated assignment of invoice positions, etc.)
Diverse standard SAP F4 search aids are supported for the entering of information
