The biz²Scanner realizes an intuitive integration of the scanning process into the world of SAP™. By the realization of the scanning and image processing functions in a central core component the user always works with the same effective interface in various situations. The result: No matter if it's integration into SAP™ DVS, the SAP™ ArchiveLink-Integration or external processes, the available functions for scanning, browsing, relocating pages, entering digital dividers, simple zoom functions, etc. are always identical. Due to the structured interface additional integrations like in SAP™ records management are possible just like that.

Due to the skilful integration of various working situations into SAP™ the user doesn't have to deal with file names or filing locations. Furthermore the integration into the SAP™ GUI gives the user the sure feeling that he doesn't have to leave the SAP™ environment he is used to.
