biz²ExportServer

The biz²ExportServer exports SAP™ data and documents e.g. on CD or laptop. Thus all contract documents, product specifications, price lists, drawings or correspondence are available site-independent as offline documents. Additionally the biz²ExportServer takes care of the information update in the Internet respectively the Intranet - no matter if it's norms and process instructions in the framework of a quality assurance system or the product data for Internet catalogues.

This way various application scenarios can be defined which always proceed according to the same export process:

• Identification of SAP™ data and documents
  
  
• Selection and swapping-out of the information by the server
  
  
• Provision of the information (incl. structure) offline on CD, respectively the computer
  
  
• Provision of the browser-supported navigation possibility, e.g. in the Internet Explorer

On the client side the viewing components have to be available according to the export formats (e. g. HPGL viewer, etc.) and are integrated in the navigation interface.
