biz²Explorer

The biz²Explorer displays virtual record structures directly in SAP™, similar to the Microsoft Explorer display. All documents, which have been allocated to categories like DIR, personnel master data, client or project, are displayed in a structured way and at a glance, which enables the user with a fast navigation. The client himself defines the record structure. In addition to iP elements, standard functional elements in SAP™ are used to visualize and handle the file in the Explorer. In case of Tiff or PDF files the solution also works with thumbnails. The program, which is necessary for the document for the integrated display, is started automatically.

With the biz²Explorer customized functions, which are activated via the keyboard, mouse or the menus, can be defined. The functions to be performed are determined in the SAP™ customizing. Thus SAP™ function modules that can be defined freely for example can realize the behavior in Drag&Drop operations. With this possibility to define instructions, the biz²Explorer goes beyond the simple viewing functions of the Microsoft-Explorer. The integration of any viewing program is available to the user in the front-end.
