The Company

Founded in 1997, the IT company inPuncto GmbH focuses on SAP™ Enterprise Content Management (e.g. add-on products, solutions for SAP documents, office integration, archiving, etc.). Being a certified SAP™ and Microsoft Partner, inPuncto GmbH develops SAP™ Add-On products for the following areas:

• Data Input Channels to SAP™

Integration solutions of scanning devices- any scanning scenarios in SAP™. Mass-scans, document recognition via BCR/OCR/ICR, bidirectional integration between Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) and SAP™. A bidirectional integration to SAP™ is offered also for LotusNotes.

• Data Output Channels from SAP™

Visualizing and handling of scanned documents, virtual records and records structures in SAP™ (also without SAP RecordsManagement), data and document printing, export of SAP™ data and documents.

• Content Management in SAP™

Server-based document separation, integration of OCR/ICR technologies, pre-validation of the content of documents with the SAP™ system. The validation process is controlled by the SAP™-Workflows.

• Storage/Archiving Solutions

Storage of data and documents- to the optical archiving, especially for decentralised  business structures, optimized viewing- components, archiving of SAP™ data and documents in the Google Archive System.

SAP™ is the leading system. The biz²Products use the available standard functionalities and mechanisms entirely focused on the existing SAP™ business logic. The biz²Products are independent from each other; however they complement each other in their functionality in an optimal way. All kind of country-, industry-, customer-specific features are considered in the solutions.
