  • What is an inPuncto Ramp-Up?

inPuncto GmbH develops innovative software solution and invites you via the program Ramp-Up from today to come to enjoy the fruits of these innovations. Becoming a “Ramp-Up” customer, you implement the newest inPuncto products that have been already tested and validated by the software engineers, but are still limited available on the market. Take use of sure product innovations at a very early stage on their life-cycle, and gain a competitive advantage.

Especially for our “Ramp-Up” customers we have developed a new support and supervision concept:

    • The relevant aspects by the implementation of the project and the expected risks are identified before the project starts in a clear customer demand analysis
    • The Ramp-Up supervision team comprises of a software development specialist, of a support hotline and of a key account manager in charge. This supervision team is accompanying you throughout all the project phases and is your contact with inPuncto
    • Your Ramp-Up supervisor reports the status of your project once a week to the business and software development management. Ramp-Up projects’ concerns are rated with increased significance
    • Your project team is trained if needed, and get instructions by inPuncto for the implementation of the newest software (Rump-Up Know-How Transfer)

    • We will send you a detailed information package about our Ramp-Up program incl. application form
    • Send the filled out form to inPuncto
    • We will decide about your participation in the Ramp-Up project and inform you as soon as possible in any case of decision
    • We will provide you with the needed software and installation materials via our download area
    • And the inPuncto Ramp-Up Team starts the (remote-)implementation


Current Ramp-Up Programs:

1. biz²Archiver for Cloud Computing

  • The brand new inPuncto Product “biz²Archiver for Cloud Computing”, which allows you to store/file/archive data and documents direct out of the SAP™ system into a special enterprise safe area of Google Docs. It means also access to the newest Google Enterprise Services.

  • All kind of filing and archiving scenarios of SAP™ are supported, e.g. archiving of every kind of SAP™ business objects (via ADK), filing/archiving of Originals via document info record in SAP™ DMS, filing/archiving via SAP™-ArchiveLink e.g. in SAP™-FI/CO invoices, delivery notes etc.
  • You can test optionally different additional Input-Channels for documents in SAP™, e.g. data transfer into the SAP™ System, scanning SAP™ business relevant paper documents or Microsoft Office Integration.
  • The SAP™ certified filing/archiving system of inPuncto provides the basis. It was successfully extended with an innovative component that conducts the whole communication toward Google Docs. Furthermore this new solution offers caching/buffering functionalities, as a result of that- you are equipped with a high level of performance.

 

2.biz²OfficeSynchronizer

  • The newest Version of the biz²OfficeSynchronizer includes a plenty of new functions for integrating the MS applications into SAP™. The bidirectional synchronisation of contents in the documents is a highlight.
  • Email filing/archiving – via Outlook or via LotusNotes is also a part of this solution. Emails are recorded as originals and also are splitted in their components according to the existing business logic in the SAP™ DMS. There are full text search mechanisms available (via T-Rex), e.g. you can choose certain originals and sent them forward direct out of SAP™.
  • This version of the biz²OfficeSynchronizer is also compatible with the new biz²Archiver for Google Docs, so the biz²OfficeSynchronizer can be concerned as one of the “Input-Channels” for documents in SAP™.
